  13. fee is $29. Registered version allows an unlimited 
  14. number of videos to be included in the playlist, 
  15. supports password protection, allows Full Screen 
  16. play, and removes all shareware notices.

  19. -Video Launch Pad utility for AVI and MOV files
  20. -Screen Saver Super Bundle - 8 great screen savers

  26. Installation:
  27. ---------------
  28. To install FULL MOTION,
  29. unzip the FULLMOTN.ZIP program.
  30. Then run the SETUP.EXE program. 
  31. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  32. This will load the program onto
  33. your system. To keep file size small
  34. this version does not include the file
  35. ========VBRUN300.DLL,==========
  36. but it is *required* to run the program.
  37. This file must be in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

  39. it is also available at our Internet site -

  42. Full Motion will play any .AVI or .MOV files
  43. you have. You need to have installed Microsoft
  44. Video for Windows previously to play 
  45. AVI files. You need to install QuickTime for
  46. Windows to play MOV files. If you need 
  47. Video for Windows or QuickTime,
  48. it is available on Compuserve & AOL
  49. and at our Web site (bottom of main page).

  51. Configuring Screen Saver:
  52. =========================
  53. To use the screen saver, double-click 
  54. CONTROL PANEL, usually in the MAIN group 
  55. on your desktop. When CONTROL PANEL opens, 
  56. double-click on DESKTOP to go into the 
  57. desktop configuration screen. About halfway 
  58. down the window, select the Screen Saver Name 
  59. drop-down box. You should find FULL MOTION in the 
  60. list. Select it. Now click on the SETUP button. 
  61. In the screen saver setup, you can turn audio 
  62. on or off, select full screen or Window playback, 
  63. set password, and setup your main and 
  64. backup video playlists. Select Main or Backup
  65. Video Playlist; then you can select 
  66. any .AVI file, click on preview to view it, 
  67. and click 'Add Video' near the bottom to add the
  68. clip to your playlist. The playlist will play
  69. the listed videos in order when the screen
  70. saver kicks in. Click 'DONE' when
  71. you are finished. If you don't have
  72. many good video clips, consider registering
  73. the program. Registered users receive a
  74. CD-ROM filled with over 600 MBs of cool,
  75. screen-shattering video: rollercoasters,
  76. planes, racecars, speedboats, waterfalls,
  77. skiing, skydiving, beaches, clouds, and more!

  83. Performance:
  84. ============
  85. Video looks best when you have your display set
  86. for at least 256 colors. With 16,000 colors
  87. you won't get any graininess. If you are trying
  88. to play clips off a CD, you can usually copy them
  89. over to your hard drive for better performance.
  90. And obviously, the faster your computer, the
  91. better. A good 486 or Pentium with local bus 
  92. video can scale video up to full screen, in
  93. full motion. All the clips on the Full Motion
  94. CD-ROM are ready to run in full screen mode.

  96. Removing Full Motion:
  97. =====================
  98. To remove Full Motion from your system,
  99. delete the file FULLMOTN.SCR from your
  100. \WINDOWS directory. Also, delete the 
  101. directory you chose to install to (default
  102. C:\FULLMOTN -- README & ORDER files
  103. are stored here).

  108. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE

  112. You are granted a license to use Full 
  113. Motion for a period of up to 30 days. After
  114. that time, you are required to purchase the
  115. product(s) through registration or else 
  116. discontinue their use.

  120. and co-workers, on electronic bulletin
  121. boards, over networks, and so on, as long 
  122. as the product is not distributed for

  126. which contains the associated files together 
  127. as a group. You are not allowed to bundle

  134. are entitled to use the software, but Galt 
  135. Technology retains title and ownership of 
  136. the original software and all subsequent copies.

  138. any copy. You are not allowed to make any 
  139. modifications to, or to create derivative 
  140. works from any of the files that are used 
  141. in this software. This includes all the 
  142. executable, help, installation, and readme 
  143. files, as well as video files.
